Case Study- Week 3.

Homeland- Episode 2.
Homeland is a on going crime drama, it carries on from each episode each week. Crime Dramas do this as it will engage the viewer more as they will want to carry on watching the programme until the end of the series so that they can find out what happens in the end of the programme.
At the begging of the programme they go back in time to a time when the main character goes back to when he was held capture, it was a dream. while he was having the  dream he grabbed onto his wife and bruised his wives arm. throughout the episode he keeps having flash backs from when he was at war. Throughout the programme the detectives have put hidden cameras in his house to watch the every move he does as the undercover police think that he was a american terrorist.  The main character uses violence towards everything, he cant help it. Towards the end of the programme it ended with a cliff hanger to make you want to watch the next series even more, this is way to get more viewers.
