In Csi New York they work as a team. They use forensic equitement and use all the scientific ways of working out who the murder is.
After a band had performed at a gig, the lead singers boyfriend was murdered. At the murder scene the body was covered in fake dollars. The suspect had struggled with the attacker before he was shot in the back, He died instantly. The female singer was asleep in bed when she instantly heard the gun shot, she ran down the hall to find him dead on the living room floor. When the forensics where checking the body for any DNA samples the found skin cells of a reptile. They also found rips and tears in the lead singers t-shirt from broken glass, she broke into her boyfriends apartment, she has been in many crimes before after her brother died in a car crash. They have to multiple suspects (Josh and Michael). Josh and Michael had a argument. In the end Josh killed the lead singers boyfriend.
